“I met Logan at my first meet, where I was just dipping my toes into the world of powerlifting. My “coach” didn’t show up to the meet and I was just winging it. Logan noticed that I was alone and clueless, and although he was busy coaching multiple of his own athletes in the meet, he offered to help coach me through the last 3 lifts of the day. Needless to say; his knowledge, attitude and passion for the sport were enough for me to reach out and sign on with him as my coach immediately following the meet.

Logan is my biggest hype man. He genuinely cares about his clients and motivates me to work harder every time I’m in the gym. He also will not miss an opportunity to critique me as necessary and is consistently finding areas for improvement. He is also well aware that not all athletes are the same and is willing to work around any injuries or preferences I have. Although new to powerlifting, I have been lifting weights for over ten years. I say this because it is important and impressive to me that Logan will still find ways to motivate me and make me better. I have already learned and progressed so much in the short time that we have worked together.

Logan is also an excellent communicator. I have rarely seen a coach (or any professional for that matter) absorb and act on any feedback that I have as diligently as him. I am very grateful for the two way relationship that we have. Initially I was surprised and even leery about him being quite a bit younger than I. However, I have found that Logan is very educated, dedicated and passionate about what he does and those qualities of his are contagious as well!”
